Position Description:
Sycamore Square Family Medicine, located in Elizabethtown, PA , is searching for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team! This office is located on the beautiful Masonic Village campus and serves a variety of patient populations. Our smaller practice allows providers to get to know their patients and build strong relationships. In addition to our providers, our collaborative care team works to help patients establish goals, manage their health, connect to community/financial resources, and assists with referrals to other services.
Hours: Full-time position, dayshift with 1 evening per week until 8:00pm. Saturday morning rotation. Position includes evening, weekend, and on-call rotation
Nurse Practitioner:
Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania.
Must have Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty (FNP required)
Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse.
