When finished, our belts are finished with the Gates logo, ready to be shipped to our valued customers around the world.- A Production Worker will spending most of their workday performing a range of functions including building, injecting, demolding, cutting, and packaging of products. In addition, workers are expected to monitor machine gauges, ensuring quality control, and always prioritizing safety in a cooperative and considerate work environment.Requirements and Preferred Skills**ABOUT YOU- Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs.- Must be willing to work ANY shift- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorshipWHY GATES?Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
