K&G Career Academy Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Instructor in Elizabeth, New Jersey

Provide hands-on and one on one training where each student will receive personal attention in their development towards their career. Medical Assistant who can bring compassion to the classroom. The ideal candidate should be flexible to teach Phlebotomy, EKG, Medical Billing, and other courses we offer. Responsibilities will include: Interact with students regarding the progress of students in your class. Monitor the behavior of students' academic setting, monitor classroom operation in terms of absenteeism, tardiness, and discipline. Develop and explain a method that fairly measures student progress toward course objectives. Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently and return student work promptly to promote maximum learning. Prepare complete course syllabus Grade and monitor student performances Follow approved policies and procedures in the conduct of all instruction activities. Demonstrate sensitivity to student needs and circumstances. Tutoring and academic counseling of students. Qualifications: Highly organized, motivated, and results driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. At least three years of experience in the field of Medical Assistant. National Certification in Medical Assisting or EKG Technician Bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred, but not required Teaching Certification in the state of NJ.
