HR Operations Manager - Construction Industry

Location: Staten Island, NY (In-Office)

ABCO Maintenance, a leading commercial facility maintenance and construction company serving the Tri-State area for over 60 years, is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR leader to join our Staten Island headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multi-state HR compliance and policies

  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations

  • Lead performance management and training initiatives

  • Administer benefits and support company culture

  • Assisting with safety training and compliance

Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience

  • HRIS experience required

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Construction/facility maintenance experience preferred

  • Must be able to report to Staten Island office daily
