Are you friendly, organized, and professional? K&G Career Academy is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students, staff, and visitors. You will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and smoothly run environment as we provide affordable, hands-on training that helps our community reach their career goals.If you are a detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting, we want you on our team!WHAT YOU’LL DO:First Impressions: Warmly greet and assist all students, clients, and visitors with professionalism. Communication Hub: Answer and direct all incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently. Administrative Support: Manage files, update paperwork, maintain accurate records, and handle tasks like copying, scanning, and printing. Office Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area. Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor and order office inventory (supplies, equipment) and coordinate with maintenance providers to ensure office upkeep. Team Support: Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by staff.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Experience: Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking. Tech Savvy: Proficient using phones, email, and basic office software.
