Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Document Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of quality documentation. This role involves regular review of batch records and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
Review batch records regularly and ensure completeness in accordance with SOPs.
Maintain and control quality documentation.
Communicate findings and quality issues to leadership effectively.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in document control and quality assurance practices.
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and clear handwriting.
Ability to read and write in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Experience in quality assurance is essential.
Work Environment
This role primarily involves working individually in a quality office setting, with occasional visits to the production floor. The position requires working the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime, including weekends. Training will take place on the 1st shift for a few weeks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
