What you´ll do
Coordinate activities between the owner, contractors, and Engineer of record to ensure smooth project execution.
The Construction manager will be responsible for submitting reports to highlight areas of concern and actions required to maintain the schedule and conform to the project budget.
Aid the Engineer of record with reviewing drawings and expediting the decision process for time sensitive items.
The construction manager will assist in the preparation and issuance of bid packages and coordinate communication between the owner and vendors.
Aid in selection of contactors as part of the bidding process.
Once contracts have been awarded, coordinate day to day activities on the jobsite which include: scheduling, communicating upcoming contractor work and coordinating site resources for construction related safety permits so permits are issued in a timely manner.
Aid in procurement of equipment as required including tracking critical equipment and communicating with the vendor to ensure conformance to schedule and budget.
Support process safety requirements such as: Basic and Detailed Risk Assessments, MOC’s, PSSR’s, LOPA, Process Safety documentation, etc.
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating to project team.
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, & tools to effectively manage capital projects
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree or certification(s) in project or contractor management.
7+ years of experience in construction project management
Knowledge of solution acrylic manufacturing process.
Ability to travel 50% of time

The salary for this role is $130,000.00- $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
