4PM-2:30AM MONDAY-THURSDAY - $18/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work on your feet all day, and a willingness to collaborate with others. You will be cross-trained in various areas to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our 12-step process.
Responsibilities
Receive and document incoming parts.
Perform a factory reset by manually pressing a button.
Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs.
Execute Wi-Fi and elevated temperature tests.
Perform cosmetic cleaning and repairs.
Conduct in-process quality control (IPQC).
Kit and pack out/pallet build for shipment.
Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process.
Essential Skills

Ability to work on your feet all day.

Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Hand dexterity.
Punctuality.
Experience in assembly, picking, packing, retail, repair, refurbishing, stock management, quality inspection, electronic assembly, soldering, testing equipment, RF scanner usage, computer literacy, blueprint reading, and power tool operation.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
