Aerotek Forklift Operator in Eldridge, Iowa
Warehouse Worker – Forklift Operating $19/HR
Location: Eldridge, IA
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday (optional overtime available)
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Workers to support Shipping/Receiving and Production operations at our Eldridge, Iowa facility. This 1st‑shift position involves forklift operation, chemical packing and labeling, and maintaining safe, accurate warehouse workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift 20%–50% of the workday
Pack chemicals and apply labels with precision and accuracy
Stage, wrap, and prepare products for outgoing shipments
Load 5–10 trucks per day
Maintain accurate inventory and keep production areas organized
Follow OSHA, ISO, and all safety protocols at all times
Ensure proper rotation of raw materials and finished goods
Essential Skills & Experience
1+ year of forklift experience (required)
Ability to lift to 75 lbs occasionally
Experience with production, general labor, and inventory management
Proficiency with RF scanners and material handling
Additional Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, especially with container labeling
Experience loading/unloading materials with a forklift
Reliability and safety‑focused work habits

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
