Insight Global Systems Engineering Process Engineer in El Segundo, California
Job Description
Support ground system units with large scale systems engineering, configuration, and integration to ensure operability.
Define, document, and execute configuration management and release processes across on‑prem and cloud environments.
Work with DevSecOps and engineering teams to assess software deployment pipelines and technical workflows.
Participate in integration working groups and program technical forums.
Perform system configuration reviews, audits, and technical assessments tied to mission systems.
Coordinate closely with government program offices, FFRDCs, and contractor teams to resolve integration issues.
Provide systems engineering discipline to ensure platforms are deployed securely and reliably for operations.
PAY RATE $70-90/H

Skills and Requirements
5+ years systems engineering on DoD / space programs
Hands‑on experience with system integration or software deployment
Familiar with configuration management and system reviews
Secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree
