ManpowerGroup Senior Quality Systems Engineer in El Segundo, California

Our client, a leader in the consumer products industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Quality Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Quality Systems Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Global Quality Systems Team supporting quality assurance, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Quality Systems Engineer

Location: El Segundo, CA

What's the Job?

  • Support and enhance the electronic Certificate of Conformance (eCOC) process for products imported into the United States.

  • Partner with IT, Quality, Regulatory, laboratories, and retail teams to ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations such as CPSC and CBP requirements.

  • Translate business and regulatory needs into clear technical specifications for system enhancements and process improvements.

  • Lead system configuration, testing, validation, and user acceptance testing for updates related to quality compliance systems.

  • Support training and organizational change management to ensure effective adoption of new systems and processes across teams.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering within compliance or regulatory technology environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience working with integrated systems such as LIMS, data warehouses, and document management platforms.

  • Strong ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, training sessions, and collaborate across teams.
