Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a Quality Specialist (Manufacturing / Beauty Industry)
Pay Rate: up to 25.11/hr
Overview:
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a team-oriented Quality Specialist to support production, external vendors, and quality laboratories in meeting quality system and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is highly preferred due to strong alignment with the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical quality support to production units, external vendors, and quality laboratories
Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
Perform testing and evaluation of packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods
Support statistical sampling and quality inspections
Collaborate cross-functionally to address quality issues and improve processes
Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with SOPs and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent manufacturing experience with a strong focus in quality
Experience working in FDA and ISO-regulated environments, including SOPs, auditing, and documentation
Experience with statistical sampling and quality testing methods
Color matching experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.10 per hour
