ManpowerGroup Data Entry Mail Clerk in El Segundo, California

Our client, a leader in the consulting industry, is seeking a Data Entry Mail Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Mail Clerk, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the incoming Mail department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Entry Mail Clerk

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Manage and process incoming mail efficiently and accurately

  • Assist with sorting, distributing, and logging mail items

  • Maintain organized records of mail transactions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of mail

  • Support the operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed

What's Needed?

  • Ability to perform detailed data entry tasks with accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
