The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Production Supervisor in El Salto, Mexico
El Supervisor de Producción será responsable de supervisar y coordinar las operaciones del área de Preparado, administrando los recursos humanos y materiales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad y producción, mediante la correcta aplicación de los procedimientos y estándares establecidos.
Lo que Harás
Liderar y coordinar las operaciones del área de preparado durante el turno asignado.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de Seguridad, Calidad y Producción.
Administrar al personal operativo y de servicios, asignando tareas y prioridades.
Verificar la correcta operación de los procesos y el manejo adecuado de materiales conforme a los estándares.
Gestionar riesgos de trabajo y promover el uso correcto del Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP).
Generar y dar seguimiento a órdenes de trabajo en CMMS.
Controlar desperdicios, inventarios, devoluciones y condiciones ambientales del cuarto de Creel.
Coordinar con áreas de soporte como Mantenimiento, Calidad, Ingeniería Industrial y Programación de Producción.
Lo que Buscamos
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín
Experiencia previa en supervisión de procesos productivos o manufactura.
Conocimiento de procesos industriales, control de producción y administración de personal.
Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
Conocimiento de normas de seguridad, calidad y buenas prácticas de manufactura.
Lo que te Hará Destacar
Carrera profesional terminada.
Experiencia en industria manufacturera.
Conocimiento de sistemas CMMS y control de inventarios.
Experiencia en indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) de producción, calidad y seguridad.
Habilidad para liderar equipos operativos y fomentar una cultura de seguridad.
