El generalista de RH lidera y coordina los procesos administrativos de Recursos Humanos y relaciones laborales para las áreas A1 & A2. Actúa como un enlace clave entre la empresa, los colaboradores y el liderazgo sindical, asegurando la continuidad operativa, el cumplimiento laboral y una experiencia positiva para los colaboradores, al mismo tiempo que apoya el desarrollo del talento y de la organización.
Lo Que Harás
Liderar y coordinar los procesos administrativos de RH para las áreas A1 & A2, brindando soporte oportuno y efectivo a los colaboradores.
Gestionar procesos de contratación, bajas, incidencias de nómina, onboarding y servicios generales de RH.
Actuar como puente de comunicación entre la empresa, los colaboradores, el sindicato y el liderazgo.
Brindar soporte a HR Connect y desempeñarse como Generalista de RH, ofreciendo soluciones prácticas y alineadas a políticas.
Colaborar con el liderazgo sindical para alinear estrategias, dar seguimiento a casos y apoyar iniciativas de relaciones laborales.
Lo Que Buscamos
Licenciatura en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Economía, Comunicación o carrera afín.
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia como Generalista de RH, con enfoque en administración de personal, relaciones laborales y servicios generales.
Conocimiento sólido de políticas de RH, legislación laboral, módulos SAP de RH y dominio de Office 365.
Alta capacidad de organización, sentido de urgencia y manejo de múltiples prioridades.
Habilidades de comunicación efectivas para interactuar con diferentes grupos de interés.
Lo Que Te Distinguirá
Experiencia en entornos industriales o de manufactura.
Capacidad para simplificar procesos complejos de RH.
Experiencia comprobada trabajando con liderazgo sindical.
Fuertes habilidades de manejo de stakeholders y resolución de conflictos.
Experiencia brindando soporte en temas legales y laborales.
