Experience: Minimum of one year Retail Sales experience is required for this position
Education: High School Diploma / GED is required per policy
Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred to communicate with customers and staff
Driver's License: Not a factor
Requirements:
- Must Self-motivated and results driven, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must submit to a background check
Duties:
- Sales Associates duties and responsibilities include working alongside with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our product, and recommend the right product for them.
- The ideal Salesperson is knowledgeable about current and upcoming fashion trends, and passionate about driving customer engagement
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered in store
Shift: 11am - 8pm Monday - Saturday
Sunday 12pm - 6pm
