Major/Essential Functions:
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to patient access metrics
Reviews patient outcomes, satisfaction surveys and clinical performance indicators.
Monitors service delivery by identifying areas for improvement.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure patient access service levels
Establish benchmarks and targets.
Regularly reviews and refine metrics to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with organizational priorities.
Identify inefficiencies in patient access pathways, clinical workflows, and service delivery processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Track the impact of interventions on patient access, quality of care, and budget performance through data analysis.
Analyze financial data related to clinical operations.
Forecast future budgetary needs based on projected patient volumes.
Provide recommendations for optimizing budget allocation.
Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve patient access, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery.
Provide training and support to staff.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of technology solutions and make recommendations for enhancements or replacements as needed.
Collaborate with clinical leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to align data analysis efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
Communicate findings and recommendations.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the Clinical Affairs team.
Manage inventory usage accuracy.
Assist with the development of Policies and Procedures
Create supplier scorecards to measure supplier performance such as delivery reliability, product quality, and customer service responsiveness.
Analyze the average cost incurred for medical supplies and equipment used in specific procedures.
Remain current with all licensure, certifications, and mandatory compliance and training requirements for this position.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSCEP OPs, etc.).
Personally demonstrate, display and act in accordance with TTUHSC EP's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Serve as a Value's leader while actively promoting and encouraging staff across the institution.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree a strong plus (3) or more years of data analysis work experience in a medical/clinical environment.
Understanding of healthcare trends. Ability to read and understand complex medical contracts. Working knowledge of at least one industry standard EHR (Electronic Health Records) system and a financial ERP system.
Experience in financial analysis, budget, internal audit, and procurement.
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, organize tasks and set priorities.
At least (3) years' experience in supervision.
