Education:High School Diploma or GED is required per policy
Language: English required (Spanish is a plus) to communicate with clients and staff
Driver's License:Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required to operate company vehicles and complete assigned job tasks

Duties:At Elite Medical Transport, our Paratransit Drivers do more than just drivethey provide essential transportation to individuals who rely on us for safe, timely, and respectful service. Whether transporting ambulatory patients or those in wheelchairs, our drivers make a daily difference in the lives of our passengers.
Safely operate paratransit vans to transport wheelchair-bound and ambulatory patients Pick up and drop off passengers at pre-assigned locations and times Maintain accurate trip documentation and collect payments when applicable Operate app-based routing and scheduling tools with confidence Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for service Maintain passenger confidentiality and uphold all rights and dignity during service Comply with all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company protocols Support team operations as neededmay include assisting with ambulance transports under proper authorization
This position involves scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs, use of app-based scheduling tools, and clear communication with dispatch.
