Honeywell Lead Logistics Associate in El Paso, Texas
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Cycle Counts and assign CC rotation among the Team Members.
Create annual Cycle Count matrix.
Required to follow site safety protocols including use of protective equipment.
Perform lifting activity of up to 50 pounds.
Process picking orders on SAP
Process programing orders on SAP & Niagara Central
Program and inspect SD cards
Report any order issue to order support department
Place needed comments in the order tracker
Distribute orders to personnel
Send out road call email
Generate and distribute Revenue report
Manage indirect raw materials. (Requests and inventory controls)
Manage the training matrix process.
Back-up Responsibilities:
Receive material into SAP and post the Goods Receipt.
Alert Production Supervisor to any incoming shipment that has issues.
Assist in stocking local Super Market shelves from pallet bulk storage.
Train in Honeywell’s TMC small package process for creating shipping labels for various forwarding carriers.
Receive Return Material Authorization items: receipt in SAP and receipt in Niagara-Central Cloud Database.
Report up to Production Supervisor issues with Orders and Production Tool Sets as they occur.
Perform Goods Receipts when Logistic Clerk is unavailable.
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Proficient in using logistics management software and tools to monitor and improve supply chain performance.
Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
