ManpowerGroup Inspector 1, Quality Control 4th Shift in El Paso, Texas
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Inspector 1, Quality Control 4th Shift to join their team. As an Inspector 1, Quality Control 4th Shift, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inspector 1, Quality Control 4th Shift
Location: El Paso, TX
Pay Range: $17
Shift: 4th shift (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - Hours: Tuesday/Friday (6AM-2PM), Saturday/Sunday (6AM-6PM)
What's the Job?
Monitor production processing via random QA audits
Support and perform necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniques
Conduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findings
Assist with problem solving through root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure proper documentation of quality inspection results and maintain records traceability
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of Quality Assurance experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience enforcing SWI / SOPs and product specifications
Knowledge of GMP / GDP standards and experience with measuring equipment
