ManpowerGroup Facilities Technician 3 in El Paso, Texas

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician , you will be part of the engineering support team supporting building operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: El Paso, TX

Pay: $27hr

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some flexibility. Includes an on-call rotation as needed, approximately one week per month, covering after-hours and weekends.

What's the Job?

  • Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a multi-building campus.

  • Implement and supervise preventive maintenance programs to ensure 100% uptime of critical building systems.

  • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient building operations.

  • Monitor and report on equipment performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance across all building systems and infrastructure.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or engineering support roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably Corrigo, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

  • Relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or CFC’s are advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
