Pinnacle Logistics Customer Service Representation in El Paso, Texas

Job Description

Shift: Monday to Friday 8;30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1/2 hour lunch

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Developing a proactive relationship with our customers by providing first class customer service and communication • Handling shipment quoting/pricing for customers • Covering available shipments through strategic negotiations with trucking companies • Sending and collecting documents to and from carriers • Obtaining location updates for shipments in progress • Data entry of various files and information into our software • Providing problem-resolution effectively and a timely manner Disclaimer Please Note: The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee as necessitated by business demands. Requirements

· Must have logistics experiences -Customer Service Representation

· High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency

· Basic computer skills

· Detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
