Amergis Hiring School Aide - Weekly Pay! in El Monte, California
School Aide (K–12) – Immediate Openings Pay: $17–$21 per hour Location: Los Angeles County (El Monte, Covina, Pasadena, surrounding areas)
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is hiring School Aides to support students in local K–12 school districts. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in a school setting.
Position Summary
School Aides provide essential support to students with academic, behavioral, and daily-living needs. You’ll help create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged.
Pay and Schedule
$17–$21 per hour (based on experience)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
School-based schedule only — no evenings or weekends
Weekly pay
Immediate openings available
Responsibilities
Support students with academic and behavioral needs
Assist with mobility, personal care, and daily routines (training provided)
Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Provide consistent encouragement and guidance throughout the day
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and calm responses to challenges
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Able to meet school district onboarding and clearance requirements
