Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis Bilingual Operations Coordinator/Scheduler in El Centro, California
The Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA) is seeking a driven, organized, and upbeat Operations Scheduling Coordinator to join our Imperial Valley team!

This role serves as a key liaison between our clinical and operations teams while ensuring smooth scheduling, documentation, and administrative support for our clinics.

? What You’ll Do
Scheduling & Operations Support
Reconcile and audit clinic schedules for non-billable hours and provide feedback to supervisors
Maintain accurate staff and client schedules
Generate scheduling and billing reports
Maintain client scheduling labels for assigned clinics
Ensure timely session conversions and signatures
Administrative & Compliance
Perform weekly operational audits using checklists
Document communication and cancellations accurately and promptly
Maintain confidentiality of PHI and privileged information
Evaluate, report, and correct compliance risks
Assist with accreditation tasks and file requests
Provide clerical support and assist with office management functions for the clinic by maintaining office supply inventory, filing, and assisting in the process of paperwork requests by the corporate administrative team (authorizations, consents, Explanation of Benefits, etc.)
Office & Team Support
Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors
Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
Assist with office management tasks (supplies, filing, paperwork processing, authorizations, consents, EOBs, etc.)
Partner with Operations Managers on file organization
Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment
Provide coverage for administrative support as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely completion of paperwork and tasks
Performs other responsibilities as assigned
Compensation & Schedule
$20 – $23 per hour, based on experience
Full-time, Monday – Friday schedule

Requirements
At least 18 years of age (required)
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required
Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families and staff
Experience in an administrative role (preferred)
Experience or interest in working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Teams, CentralReach, and general office systems
Highly organized, accurate, and deadline-driven
Reliable transportation
Background clearance (required)
Cleared TB test (where required)
