Job Description Summary
As a Logistics Team Lead for our Nuclear team, you will play a key role ensuring our products reach patients worldwide in a safe and timely manner. Located at our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics production site in Eindhoven, you will manage transportation and related logistics of Class 7 goods and services by heading up a team of 14 direct reports. This full-time role offers possibilities for a hybrid work set-up for candidates who are currently based in the region of Eindhoven.

Essential Responsibilities
Heading a logistics team of 4 coordinators, 3 specialists and 7 students (hiring, evaluating, coaching, instructing);
Support the team in daily business - logistics of nuclear goods (escalations, prioritization);
Steering and supervising projects performed by the Specialist and prioritized in coordination with the Project management team.
Manage the relationship with carriers, freight forwarders; representing the business during monthly/quarterly (MBR/QBR), and annual business (YBR) reviews.
Follow- up on quality incidents - deviations, investigations, change controls, CAPAs;
Supervise the compliance of the team (trainings, work instructions, overlooking the processes);
Understanding and controlling logistics costs (airfreight rates, road linehauls, taxes).
Basic Requirements
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related;
Relevant working experience in logistics, freight forwarding (control tower is a big plus);
People management experience, experience leading a team;
Fluent English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
Excellent communication skills;
Team player;
Willing to run on call shifts (after office hours);
The role requires a declaration of behaviour (VGB), the application will be handled by GE HealthCare.
Desired Requirements
- Experience dealing with exceptional goods such as batteries, oils, alcohol and preferred DG experience/education.
