Then this position might be the perfect fit for you. To strengthen our PE team, we are looking for a Production Engineer (40 hours per week).
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a hands‑on, technically skilled Production Engineer who values teamwork and collective results. You are someone who easily connects with colleagues and builds an internal network. It is also important that you have a strong focus on safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.
As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Resolving disruptions in the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintaining the production process by ensuring that:
Production colleagues are qualified to build specific types of cameras;
Resources (such as tooling, equipment, documentation, and tools) remain up to date and available;
Product and process changes are properly implemented in production.
Improving existing production processes to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
Developing and implementing methods for further process control and analyzing the results.
What do we expect from you as a Production Engineer?
A bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics.
Several years of experience as a Production or Manufacturing Engineer in a high‑tech environment.
Knowledge of production processes and production concepts.
A proactive, “let’s get it done” mentality.
An entrepreneurial and solution‑oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to look beyond the boundaries of your own role.
Knowledge of LabVIEW is considered an advantage.
