Your role and responsibilities
As a Bachelor@IBM student, you start at the end of September 2027 and combine valuable practical experience at a leading global technology corporation while completing your bachelor’s degree within a three‑year period
You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced professionals, gaining insights into their roles and responsibilities while building your skills and knowledge in a real‑world setting.
You will contribute to various projects and tasks, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to different aspects of the business. This will help you develop a deeper understanding of the company’s operations and goals.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues and teams across the organization.
Required technical and professional expertise
What you bring
? Very good to good general or subject‑specific higher education entrance qualification (Abitur)
? Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), mathematics, and English
? You are a committed problem solver and ready to take on challenges
? You bring a curious mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow
