THE WORK The RMS Courseware and Training (CWT) Team is seeking an Interactive Media Associate Manager. This position requires a strong foundation in media and video production, coupled with proven leadership experience. The role will oversee the media and video production team supporting the Joint Strike Fighter (F 35) program at Eglin Air Force Base. As a hands on manager, you will be directly responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining graphic and video projects, as well as ensuring all contractual obligations and organizational team processes are met and maintained. Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the items listed below.
Leading the Interactive Media and Video Media Teams. The employee will provide on-site support for our JSF Training program and customers in Eglin, FL, to fulfill contract and organizational needs. Working directly with the Instructional Designer (ISD) Courseware and Training (CWT) Manager as well as Program Managers to understand workload requirements, contractual obligations and provide support as needed. Completing performance review (mid-year and year end) via the LM system for all designated Eglin Interactive Media and Video personnel. Ensuring staffing is adequate for tasks assigned. Recruiting and hiring. Ensuring employee development/training. Managing the development and administration of the team software tools. Ensuring program performance metrics meet or exceed set measurement. Ensuring scrum schedules are on track. Ensuring all quality processes are met. Administering disciplinary employee actions (if required).
