COMMUNITY HORIZONS LLC Fun Care Assistant in EGG HARBOR, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Here at Community Horizons, we are seeking to find a caregiver for our member who is based in the Egg Harbor area. In this role, the caregiver will be helping this gentleman with any personal care needs, along with supportive home care needs. For individuals who don\'t know where Egg Harbor is, it is located approximately 20-30 minutes from Sturgeon Bay. Location: - Egg Harbor Shift: - Monday-Friday - 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Wage: - \$22.00 / Hour Tasks: - Assist with Personal care - Ostomy Care ( Training provided) - Catheter Care ( Training Provided) - Assist with Dressing - Hair and nail care - Skin Checks - Meal Preparation - Medication administration - Feeding - Meal Preparation - Transfers using a Ceiling Hoyer - Light housekeeping Requirements: - Driver\'s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle to get to work in - Able to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check - Have integrity - Have initiative - Be reliable - Dependable and Honest - A desire to provide the best care possible ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: Alejandram@communityhorizons.org
