The Analyst ensures the smooth functioning of HR processes, supports strategic initiatives, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.Key responsibilities include:- Acting as a lead within the Shared Services team.- Supporting escalated HR inquiries and troubleshooting.- Mentoring and training junior staff.- Performing HR data analysis and generating reports.- Collaborating with HR leadership on strategic initiatives.- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.- Participating in performance improvement initiatives.- Backing up the Shared Services roles.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: HR Certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)EXPERIENCE:- 5-8 years of experience in HR or shared services roles.- Strong understanding of HR processes, data analysis, and reporting.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.- Experience with HR systems and data management.- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy.PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSDemonstrates the competencies listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe essential functions for this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPThis position report to Department Leadership.The above statement reflects the general details considered necessary to describe the principle functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the position.Total Rewards at AtlantiCareAt AtlantiCare, we believe in supporting the whole person.
