Description TITLE: Advance Practice Nurse - Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law required.- Advance Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Jersey. POSITION SUMMARY At the direction of Leadership, the Advanced Practice Nurse, promotes and maintains health by providing medical services. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law required. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool. WORK ENVIRONMENT Potential for exposure to blood borne pathogens along with infectious diseases. (Refers to Blood Bourne Pathogen requirement). This position requires repetitive motion, hearing, pushing, reaching, and reading, seeing, speaking, standing and walking a majority of the time. Spends time with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, copier, and telephone. Essential functions of this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
