1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm) @ $17.00
2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) @ $17.50

Job Description
Join our team as a Production Associate in the manufacturing department, where you will work closely with team members to ensure the accurate and safe packing of outbound orders. Your role will involve unwrapping inbound pallets and manually moving materials to fit displays for major retailers. You will be responsible for packing finished orders and assisting team members to move them to the staging area.
Responsibilities
Generate and distribute Pick Lists to the Pick team.
Ensure the correct product is picked and document accordingly.
Check the quality of products and report findings to the Lead or QC if necessary.
Select proper packaging materials.
Pack products to ensure safe transit and delivery in quality condition.
Weigh shipments.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
0-6 months minimum experience in manufacturing/warehousing.
Proficiency with tape measure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Well-organized worker.
Team player attitude.
Ability to be on feet all day, bending and lifting.
Must comply with company PPE policy: Own steel toe boots or composite shoes.

Work Environment
Work in a spacious 490,000 square foot facility that separates production and distribution. Be prepared for varying temperatures, as it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Egg Harbor City, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
