Job Title: Production Associate - Assembly
Job Description
Responsible for manufacturing and assembling commercial and residential fencing products. Follow drawings, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met. Maintain required production records and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures.
1st shift, Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00PM –11:00PM; Monday – Friday - $17.50hr.
Responsibilities
Assemble fencing by placing pickets on a table racking system and operate the picket machine to assemble the pickets into a fence.
Fabricate and modify components in flat, vertical, or inside jigs or machinery at the workstation.
Follow directions from prints or operating procedures to assemble parts from work pieces, using hand tools or automated machinery.
Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
0-6 months minimum experience in manufacturing/warehousing
Experience in a Production/Manufacturing Environment

Ability to be on feet all day, bending, and lifting
Keep work area safe and clean
Must comply with Company PPE policy: Must have their own Steel Toe Boots or Composite Shoes

Work Environment
The facility is 490,000 square feet, separating production and distribution. Expect hot conditions in the summer and cold conditions in the winter. The position is for the 1st shift, Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The work requires adherence to safety and personal protective equipment policies, including wearing Steel Toe Boots or Composite Shoes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
