Machine Operator – 2nd or 3rd Shift
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (base pay; shift differential paid in addition)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team on 2nd or 3rd shift . In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic issues as needed
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues or concerns
Qualifications
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to (insert weight if applicable)
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including overtime as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
