How you create impact
As the Warehouse Team Lead you will Lead the outbound logistics team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe order fulfillment within Kuehne + Nagel’s global supply chain operations.
Act as a liaison between your manager and front line employees
Establish team priorities and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy
Documents and identifies all discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead
Accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists
Perform a variety of physically demanding general labor duties according to standard work instructions, such as manually loading and unloading goods from a trailero Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.o Capable of repetitive work including bending, twisting and reaching, following safety procedures
Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehousing processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking and loading customer orders and products
Participates in process-specific training and adheres to all work instructions and guidelines established by KN to comply with regulatory standards such as ISO and GxP
Comply with GMP requirements as applicable to ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements of Health Canada and otherapplicable authorities and client requirements are met
Follows all company safety, security and housekeeping protocols. Respects customer and company property and equipment
Proactive in accident & incident prevention and fills out these reports promptly and accurately when required
Strives to increase personal knowledge and shares work knowledge with less experienced staff
Knowledge of various production and quality systems (GxP, ISO, Document Control, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.)

What we would like you to bring
3+ Years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a Multi-Client 3PL environment
Must have current (MHE) Material Handling Equipment certification
Power BI, Excel, WMS(SAP), Microsoft office
Strong written and oral communication skills
Flexibility required; Position rotates betwen 1st and 2nd shift
