Scheduling Systems Administrator - (FT) - Remote

Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.

The opportunity

We are currently looking to fill one new opportunity for a Full-Time Scheduling Systems Administrator position in our Edmonton, AB region.

Salary: $21.90 per hour.

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Schedule: Evenings at 10:00am – 6:00pm or 11:00am – 7:00pm MT, with some flexibility to accommodate individual scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

  • Using the electronic Quatro Scheduling system, the SDW will develop and revise ongoing master schedules for both clients and staff in accordance with the clients service and budgeted hours.

  • Develop and revise as needed, a master schedule, in accordance with the clients service and budgeted hours.

  • Provide hours of service monthly reports to Supervisor.

  • Ensure client-focused service delivery and refer service complaints to supervisor for follow-up.

  • Provide administration support for Programs (i.e. correspondence, file management, etc).

  • Payroll processing and verifying of personal expense statements to meet set deadlines identified by the payroll schedule.

  • Carrying the after-hours phone based on a rotating on-call schedule to cover evenings and weekends for clients and staff.

  • Additional related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and experience

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work under pressure within deadlines

  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer hardware and software including MS Office, Navision and Quatro or equivalent scheduling system

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

  • Flexible to changing demands of the job

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and math accuracy

  • Excellent writing and proofing skills; exceptional organizational skills

  • Scheduling experience an asset

Important details

  • Remote across Canada, with a preference for candidates located in British Columbia or Alberta.
