Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
Create premium threading connections by operating CNC Machines.
You will load CNC programs to fulfill various requests and perform quality checks using gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or using material handling equipment.
Create premium threading connections by operating CNC Machines.
Setup CNC programs to meet various requests.
Read and interpret product CAD drawings, charts, and tables.
Set up gauges and adjust tools for inspection purposes.
Report Non-Conformity Rejects (NCR) and manufactured product deviations to the quality department.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience in Machine Operation - Manufacturing.
Experience in Quality Inspection with gauges, vernier calipers, and micrometers.
Blueprint reading skills.

Work Environment
Work in a rotating three-week schedule with fixed day or night shifts (most likely nights) and a $2/h night shift premium.
Day shifts run from 6am-6pm
Night shifts from 6pm-6am, Monday through Saturday.
