Job Description
Join our dynamic team in the torque and testing department, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling and testing equipment. This physically demanding role involves handling pipes, cleaning threads, and operating pressure testing equipment. You will also use a variety of hand tools to assemble products without machine assistance.
Responsibilities
Attend toolbox meetings and prepare pup joints for assembly.
Lift and handle pipes weighing up to 50lbs multiple times a day.
Clean threads, remove gunk, and re-apply lubricant.
Spin pipes into equipment and operate pressure testing tools.
Collaborate with team members and assist in other departments as needed.
Essential Skills
Basic knowledge of hand tools, including pipe wrenches, Allen wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers.
Experience with pneumatic tools and physically building products.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with overhead cranes, production machine operation, and forklifts.
Technical training and further educational experience.
Experience in oil and gas shop assembly.
Familiarity with 5S methodologies and scanner usage is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art facility from 8am-4:30pm, with potential flexibility to work every other weekend. The pay range for this position is $19.10 - $22.00/hr.
