Providence St. Joseph Health Physical Therapist - Outpatient Pelvic Floor Rehab in Edmonds, Washington

Description This role is an integral part of delivering exceptional physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Physical Therapist will provide patientcentered care to adult and geriatric populations, with select opportunities to work with adolescent and pediatric patients. Using strong clinical judgment and evidencebased practice, you will assess patient needs, develop customized treatment plans, and support individuals in improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Beyond direct patient care, this position contributes to the broader mission of community wellness by providing education and resources to patients, the public, and hospital staff on key health, rehabilitation, and safety topics. Key Responsibilities: Provide highquality physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient care settings Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations, rehabilitation needs, and treatment goals Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to support recovery, mobility, and longterm wellbeing Deliver care to adult and geriatric patients, with selective treatment of adolescent and pediatric populations Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment plans, injury prevention, and strategies to improve functional independence Support community health initiatives by providing educational outreach to the public Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver training and education on health, safety, and rehabilitative best practices Providence Swedish caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
