Actalent Electrical Engineer in Edmonds, Washington
An engineering consulting company in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for an Electrical Engineer. This position will be a hybrid opportunity in Seattle, WA, working 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. This position does not support relocation, and candidates must already reside near Seattle, WA upon applying. This role requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the electrical industry, including experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
Pay – $120,000 – $200,000 (Depending on years of experience, tenure, software proficiency, relevant job titles, etc.)
Location – Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Schedule – Standard Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
(Responsibilities)
• Design electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and educational projects
• Interact with clients and collaborate with cross‑discipline teams
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to support design documentation
• Support project execution and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines
• Assist in developing mid‑ and junior‑level engineers as needed
(Qualification Requirements)
• 4+ years of experience in the electrical industry (plan/spec or design)
• 4+ years of experience using AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with electrical design for commercial, industrial, and educational buildings
• Experience with Arc Flash, EasyPowerDB, and/or SKM Power (4+ years preferred)
• P.E. or E.I.T. license preferred
• (Non‑Negotiable) Must be able to work onsite in Seattle, WA at least once a week
