Description
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for payroll processing, timesheets, employee onboarding, benefits, and more! Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for employees with precision and compliance.
• Manage and resolve payroll discrepancies, including garnishments and adjustments.
• Utilize timekeeping systems to track employee attendance and hours.
• Verify and prepare payroll documentation for audits or reporting purposes.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to payroll activities.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
• Apply expertise in New Jersey payroll laws and requirements to maintain compliance.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Experience using payroll software for payroll management.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations in New Jersey.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve payroll-related issues.
