Design and develop automation solutions using technologies like .NET/C#, VBA (Excel, CATIA), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PCL, and TCL-TK to enhance engineering productivity. Build user-friendly interfaces and dashboards to streamline engineering workflows. Perform detailed Finite Element Analysis (FEA), including static structural and fatigue analysis, to assess stress, deformation, and durability of mechanical/aerospace components. Optimize component designs for weight, material use, and performance using simulation and hand-calculation methods.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, QA) to interpret FEA results and implement design improvements. Test, validate, and maintain all automation tools and scripts for reliability and accuracy. Must be willing to travel for setting up various systems to various clients across the nation, perform feasibility studies, and evaluate user requirements. The candidate needs to travel within the USA, international travel is not required. The purpose of the travel is to attend conferences, training, and client meetings. The travel frequency is only 25% within the USA (i.e., for 1 or 2 days a month).
