Job Duties: Plan, direct and coordinate information technology project planning, development and implementation. Manage project(s) delivery responsibilities, efforts, and personnel including developers, programmers, analysts, and testers, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within budget and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Assess client needs for projects. Conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects to ensure timeliness, quality assurance level, etc. Manage client engagements and client relationships. Develop and mentor technical project team members (team size, approximately 3-10), depending on project. Confer with technical team members to provide technical advice and inputs to resolve problems. Requirements: Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related, and 12 months of experience in the job offered or as a/an software designer, developer, tester, analyst, business intelligence analyst, or related. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 60 months of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the above- stated occupations. Position is based out of 379 Thornall St., Floor 12, Edsion, NJ 08837 and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Rate of Pay: $261,248.00/year.
