Operate and maintain CAD/CAM dental Systems including Trios scanner and Icam for digital impressions and designs.Preparate and process zirconia and ceramic restorations using Ceramill Matik Amann Girrbach and Ceramill Therm3. Apply finishing and glazing techniques with the glaze vita furnace for ceramic restorations.Manage and calibrate Dental Fab 3D printer for production of dentures and other dental devices.Perform detailed painting and shading of 3D dentures and zirconia restorations for aesthetic accuracy.Maintain accurate records of completed laboratory and assist in tracking assignments for the technicianTeam.Document production schedules and ensure proper filing of case records in accordance with laboratory protocols.Follow laboratory safety procedures, quality control standards, and communicate effectively with supervisor and colleagues.
