ManpowerGroup Purchasing Assistant in Edinburgh, Indiana
Our client-an innovative, fast-growing organization is seeking a detail-driven Purchasing Assistant to join their operations team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a supportive environment, and is eager to grow their skills across multiple business functions.
Job Title: Part Time Purchasing Assistant- 4 days a week (24-30 hrs.).
Location : Edinburgh , IN
Pay Range: $20/hr. + based on experience
What's the Job?
Place orders and create accurate purchase orders.
Follow up with suppliers on open orders to ensure on time delivery.
Match receiving documents to purchase orders for accuracy.
Answer phones and support general office needs.
Assist with inventory management and basic parts sorting.
Jump in on various tasks to support the operations team as needed.
What's Needed?
Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office required.
Quick Books preferred but not required.
Previous purchasing experience is required.
Prior office experience is required.
