FLEX-STAFF, INC. - FOND DU LAC CNC Operator in EDEN, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Great opportunity available as a CNC Operator for one of our clients in Eden. Responsibilities: -Interprets drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets to determine work to be done -Performs diversified operations on numerical control machining centers -Performs a variety of milling, drilling, boring, or related operations to close and interrelated tolerances -Reviews setup sheet and specifications to determine machining sequence and dimensions of finished workpiece -Properly loads and unloads workpieces from fixtures, chucks and collects according to setup instructions -Manipulates controls and enters commands to index cutting tool to specified set point and to start machine -Changes cutting tools and location of workpiece during machining process as specified in setup instructions -Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications -Measures workpiece for conformance to specification. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Must have attention to detail -Must be able to frequently lift 20-30 lbs, and occasionally up to 40 lbs. -Mathematical Skills -Ability to calculate figures along with doing measurements is a must ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: fonddulac@flexstaff.com Apply Online: www.flexstaff.com Fax a Rsum: (920)933-3505 Call For Appointment: 920-933-3500 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
