Set Up Technician – Join a Team on 2nd or 3rd shift

⭐ What You’ll Do
As a Set Up Technician, you’ll play a critical role in preparing and maintaining the equipment that keeps our production lines moving. Your day‑to‑day will include:
Setting up, adjusting, and calibrating production equipment (fillers, cappers, labelers, mixers, conveyors).
Performing efficient line changeovers to keep production on schedule.
Ensuring every product meets specifications by verifying equipment settings and components.
Supporting line start‑ups and ensuring a smooth, safe production flow.
Troubleshooting mechanical issues and partnering with maintenance when needed.
Monitoring machines throughout the shift and making real‑time corrections.
Performing line checks for correct labels, components, and packaging.
Documenting setups, inspections, and adjustments accurately.
Keeping equipment clean, organized, and compliant with GMP and safety standards.
Reporting equipment wear or potential failures early.
?️ What You Bring
Experience in manufacturing (cosmetics, pharma, food, or other regulated industries preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
Ability to read SOPs, batch records, and equipment manuals.
Clear communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
