Position Overview
The Production Manager will provide project management support for 75–100 high‑priority Whole Health Solutions Marketing initiatives from May–September. This role supports RFP requests, strategic initiatives, and Adobe Journey campaigns with strong enterprise visibility. Projects are directly tied to key business objectives including revenue growth, member engagement, provider awareness, B2B initiatives, and member acquisition.
This role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to business goals.
Team Environment
The Production Manager will work within a collaborative team of 12 Production Managers managing similar marketing initiatives. The team culture emphasizes strong communication, relationship‑building, process discipline, and mutual support. Team members are detail‑oriented, highly organized, and focused on driving efficient, timely workflows across complex marketing operations.
Production Managers are responsible for coordinating multi‑channel communication delivery campaigns, aligning resources across operational teams to ensure accurate and on‑time delivery of communications to members, providers, clients, and B2B audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Accountability
Lead multi‑channel initiatives by partnering with internal and external cross‑functional teams
Serve as the single point of connection, clarity, and accountability across stakeholders
End‑to‑End Project & Campaign Management
Own multiple projects from kickoff through delivery
Manage scope, timelines, workflows, resources, and competing priorities to ensure on‑time execution
Governance, Risk & Alignment
Proactively identify, track, and communicate wins, risks, roadblocks, and escalations
Utilize established workflows and governance processes to drive alignment and informed decision‑making
Quality, Accuracy & Delivery Excellence
Ensure consistent first‑pass quality by adhering to review and issue resolution processes
Prevent defects, meet stakeholder expectations, and maintain ≥99% accuracy across deliverables
Effective Communication & Meeting Discipline
Facilitate structured, outcome‑driven meetings
Deliver high‑quality communications and collateral with clear agendas, documented decisions, action items, and follow‑through
Operational Excellence & Tool Utilization
Leverage Workfront for project tracking, reporting, dashboards, time tracking, and continuous process improvement
Identify gaps, efficiency opportunities, and potential cost savings
Requirements
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of project management experience
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
Experience working with cross‑functional teams (creative, data, fulfillment, marketing, etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with marketing project management tools, particularly Workfront
Experience managing complex, multi‑component marketing initiatives
Proactive, highly organized self‑starter with strong communication skills
Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify insights and drive results
