Robert Half Director of Business Process in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Director of Business Process to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and a team of finance professionals to design and implement future-state workflows and business requirements for process automation. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the transformation of financial operations in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document current-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop detailed business requirements for automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Design future-state workflows that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment on process redesign initiatives and priorities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive the successful implementation of process changes.
• Develop and present comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents and process maps.
• Leverage expertise in finance and accounting to guide process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support change management efforts by providing training and resources to stakeholders during process transitions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of newly implemented processes and recommend further enhancements as needed.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in automation and artificial intelligence to identify potential applications within the organization. Requirements • Minimum of 8 years of experience in process redesign, finance, or accounting within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools, artificial intelligence, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to document and communicate business requirements effectively to IT teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels of leadership.
• Experience in change management and facilitating organizational transitions.
• Proficiency in creating detailed process documentation, including workflows and requirement specifications.
• Six Sigma certification or CPA designation is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with financial operations and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
