Job Title: Medical Assembler - Production Operations
Job Description
Join our Production Operations Team as a Medical Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling medical equipment used in hospital rooms. This position operates on the first shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Assemble components of a bedside monitoring device.
Follow established assembly processes and techniques.
Document any defects or errors within the assembly process.
Ensure quality and efficiency in the assembly process.
Perform final testing on sub-assemblies.
Work in a team-oriented environment, being cross-trained into six stations.
Essential Skills
1 year of electro/mechanical medical operations experience.
Strong interest in the medical device industry.
Mechanically inclined with a passion for building things.
Knowledge and ability to use hand tools.
Computer proficiency, including MS Word.
Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes and problem solving.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Effective communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical ability to lift and package assemblies up to 45 lbs.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous assembly experience.
Previous testing experience.
Ability to contribute to maintaining positive interpersonal relationships and foster cooperation within and outside the department.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
